I made a habit of playing hockey as often as I can do it. It is how I relieve my stress. How do you do yours? You don’t know? Not a good sign. All those arguments you are having with your spouse, its not because the love is draining out of your marriage; its because you are getting stressed and you are taking it out on them. Now you know it, what are you going to do about it? Psychiatrists are the best when it comes to stress relief. I don’t even know half of the techniques that they use, but I know that they work pretty well. Your call. Even if they don’t know it, you could see the stress building in your friend long ahead and you could do something about it yourself. You could get them gifts. People let their stress levels get so bad that they are no longer in control of their actions and impulses anymore. Bad. You can see to it that you are not one of those people by finding a way each day to express yourself that is different from what you are used to.
